USER AGREEMENT
This User Agreement defines the terms of use of the materials and services of the site by Users https://micro-drive.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
The use of the Site materials is regulated by the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and International legal norms. A mandatory condition for using the Site (including in the form of viewing the content) is the User's full consent to the Privacy Policy and this User Agreement posted on the Site. The User's filling in all the fields on the Site in the "feedback" form is recognized as a full and unconditional acceptance of this User Agreement. The User agrees not to take any actions that will be assessed as violating the legislation of the Russian Federation or International law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright (or related) rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to a violation of the normal operation of the Site. The Site Administration is not responsible for any possible damage that the User may receive as a result of visiting Internet resources, links to which lead from the pages https://micro-drive.ru/, as well as as a result of any actions taken by him on the basis of the information posted on the pages of the Site. Comments, presentations and articles posted on the Site, or access to which is provided through the Site, reflect the personal opinion and own conclusions of the authors. Any use of the information posted on the Site is not allowed without the prior consent of the copyright holder and entails the application of liability measures. It is allowed to cite the materials of the Site with the condition of publishing no more than two paragraphs and putting a direct and indexed by search engines link. In the comments to the Site materials, statements and messages that would clearly contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation and International legal norms, as well as generally accepted rules of morality and behavior, are prohibited. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this User Agreement at any time. The changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Website. If the User does not agree with the changes, he is obliged not to take actions that could violate the newly accepted terms and conditions that have entered into force. All disputes arising out of or related to this User Agreement are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
